Thanks for all the review. I've taken care of everything raised, bar a
couple of gotchas in #28 which can be resolved in a v3. I've also
resequenced the tree into a more logical merging order. At this stage,
it looks like #3, #10, #13, #14, #26, #27 and #28 are missing
Reviewed-by tags. A couple are new, a couple never got R-b tags, and a
couple had large enough changes in v2 that I dropped the reviews from
v1.
Please take a look and let me know what you think. After this I'll
focus on getting the matching Synaptics patchset finished and sent out
ASAP, then come back and fix up any review comments, as well as the
couple of outstanding bits in the smooth-scrolling patch itself.
The patches all apply on top of whot/for-keith, and there's a matching
tree at git://anongit.freedesktop.org/~daniels/xserver:smooth-scrolling.
