Yeah, the issue was that Gaetan's commit message said that xstlproc
was being used because xmlto only accepted xsl fragments, but said in
a follow up that it was because the masterdb required using bare
xsltproc. You also said that it was because xmlto prevented the DTD
from being fetched from the network. I just want to make sure that the
actual reason gets in the commit message.
