[PATCH] dix: swap initial pointer motion filter back after f44d7dcb5

Last I saw, Daniel said he has Alan's patch in his tree, and that
supersedes this by virtue of deleting the buggy line entirely. But if
you're trying to merge this for cherry-picking to stable branches: well,
OK, I guess?
