[PUSH xf86-video-nested] Driver for nesting X-servers

Thanks for uploading, I am excited about being able to test dual screen setups
virtually.

When I try to compile it fails with this error:

  driver.c:134: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type

My understanding is that IDevPtr has been removed?
