[PATCH app-transset] COPYING: make the content reflect the copyright statements in source code

There is only one  copyright header in the source code,  and this is for
dsimple.c which is  just convenient Xlib code shared by  many X projects
and  some additional  code  added  by Daniel.  You  can find  additional
information there:

http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/t/transset-df/transset-df_6-1/transset-df.copyright

Therefore,  I think  this patch  should be  amended to  add comments  in
transSet.c stating that this is in  public domain along with the authors
name, and update COPYING accordingly. Could you do it or should I do it?
