xaarop.h contains exports for non-existant fns

Since the XAA removal, this file contains some APIs that the server no
longer contains,

extern _X_EXPORT int XAACopyROP_PM[16];
extern _X_EXPORT int XAAPatternROP[16];
extern _X_EXPORT int XAAPatternROP_PM[16];

extern _X_EXPORT int XAAGetCopyROP(int i);
extern _X_EXPORT int XAAGetCopyROP_PM(int i);
extern _X_EXPORT int XAAGetPatternROP(int i);
extern _X_EXPORT int XAAGetPatternROP_PM(int i);

These last four fns aren't implemented anywhere.
