Oh thanks for spotting that, I've squashed the 2 int10 patches + fixes
to this code

The linux vm86 code only works on 32-bit with --with-int10=vm86, so
I've confirmed
it still builds at least after my modifications now.

I'll send a new do-not-pull in a minute with everything.
