 [PATCH 2/6] Add CARD64/INT64 protocol types

Add FD passing:

 [PATCH 3/6] Add support for file descriptor request fields

Update the MIT-SHM protocol to 1.2 with FD passing:

 [PATCH 4/6] Add MIT-SHM AttachFd and CreateSegment requests

And the new extensions:

 [PATCH 5/6] Add DRI3
 [PATCH 6/6] Add Present protocol specification
