[PATCH 1/5] Fix Xephyr compilation when DEBUG is enabled

When DEBUG is enabled Xephyr compilation fails:
ephyrdriext.c:343:133: error: 'is_ok' undeclared (first use in this
function)
     EPHYR_LOG("leave. is_ok:%d\n", is_ok);

Just reemove bogus is_ok variable.
