Would anybody mind the "Drop circular pad support" patch being reverted?

Specifically, this patch:

Such laptops still exist -- for now, some "business rugged" Toughbooks,
also sold under the Let's Note name in Japan, still sport circular track
pads. The CF-SX3 is the latest model with a circular track pad, released
in September 2013.

The CircularPad option makes scrolling work as it's supposed to on such
devices -- moving your finger around the boundary of the device allows
uninterrupted scrolling. Without this feature, you can enable circular
scrolling, but you have to start your finger at almost exactly 3 o'clock or
12 o'clock, some cardinal direction, which is too annoying. The feature
worked perfectly before and works with the patch reverted.
