[PATCH libxtrans 0/3] Warning fixes for use with xfs

Here are three simple patches which help clean up all of the warnings
in the X font server. Yeah, I know, a total waste of time, but there
were compile errors there, and I found a real bug this way -- all
Xtrans errors generated in the font server were not getting put into
the font server log.

I've tested compiling the X server, libX11 and the font server with
these patches. All seem fine, and the font server can now be compiled
without warnings (at least for me, on 32-bit linux)
