Not sure what outstanding patches you're referring to; the patches from
this thread were merged long ago, and current master works well on
Radeons AFAICT.


The only remaining issue is that one of these patches caused a
regression with kwin. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get Anthony
and Markus to collaborate on finding a solution despite several
attempts, so that patch should probably just be reverted for 1.16.
