Since the server side was dropped around Xorg 1.2 or so, there shouldn't
be, but I know some distros/packagers still have the client side out of
inertia, for talking to old servers.   (I'm guilty of that, but it's on
my list to remove in the next release.  It's too late to remove it from
Solaris 10 & 11 though, so this patch is a simple fix to quiet our static
analysis for those.)
