[PATCH] dmx: Fix the build

Hi Jon,

Yeap, the previous fix was working only when "--enable-dmx" wasn't set (default).

When set, it would fail with the error you reported (I hit that just yesterday as well!)

I can confirm your patch fixes the issue for me as well, you have my tested-by.
