[PATCH xserver 01/20] Remove non-smart scheduler. Don't require setitimer.

I've released the first version of libXfont2 (2.0.0); that should pave
the way for those three patches. And, I've fixed the wayland code so
that 20/20 can be applied now. The rest of these patches have been
rebased on top of my input-thread branch and are at:
