Yup. Making the 'X :0 vt7' case work as much like it does today (while
also providing a warning) seems like a good trade off to me; the
alternative of ignoring that argument seems worse.

Just like having an understanding of what's going on and how this kind
of decision is arrived at. Thanks much!
