[PATCH] dix: Remove redundant ChangeWindowProperty

Looks reasonable to me. Would be nice to regularize the names of the dix
functions someday; we've got DeleteProperty and dixChangeWindowProperty,
might be nice to have ChangeProperty instead, to match the protocol name?
