Merged.
   634e357..75ee874  master -> master

I'd be happy to build DMX as a part of my regular configuration if we
could eliminate the mass of compiler warnings it generates. I didn't
realize anyone still wanted to build this, given the noisy state of the
code compared with the rest of the server.
