Merged, with cosmetic fixes to the commit messages:

To ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/xserver
   b4ac7b1..9fecc4c  master -> master

Since 'git log' indents commit messages by four spaces, they should be
wrapped at no more than 76 columns so the output doesn't wrap. vim
seems to get this right for me but maybe others aren't using as
enlightened of an editor.
