[PATCH xserver] glamor: Handle bitplane in glamor_copy_fbo_cpu

This can significantly speed up at least some CopyPlane cases, e.g.
indirectly for stippled fills.

The x/yoff deltas for fbCopyXtoX might be backwards, somebody please check.
