[PULL xserver] Hook up colormaps and RandR 1.2 gamma ramps, present crash fix

I took the liberty of throwing in a present crash fix reviewed by Hans
on top of the changes hooking up colormaps and RandR 1.2 gamma ramps.
Feel free not to pull the present fix for now.

  os: Clean up WaitFor.c (2016-07-21 15:04:47 -0400)
