[PATCH xserver] Remove *Clip funcs from GCFuncs

I'd plan on providing patches for the free software drivers that depend
on an ABI version bump in the server, then push those and finally push
the new X server bits. Seem reasonable? I figured I'd wait to do those
until after the server changes were at least visible, and maybe reviewed.
