Update PCI IDs for next xserver release

You actually need 2 commits on server-1.19-branch:

  abb031e73 dri2: Sync i965_pci_ids.h from Mesa.
  368f60d46 dri2: Sync i965_pci_ids.h from Mesa.

To bring 1.19 to the same point as master.

I'll add both to my (next) pull request.
