Hrargh. That patch doesn't show up in patchwork if you say "pwclient
list -s new xserver", because patchwork takes the subject line from the
email not the patch. Once you apply the fixed version, it can't find
the patch in its own database either, so you have to mark it Accepted
by hand.

I am extremely ready to not use email for patch management anymore.

Thanks for pointing that patch out, I'd have missed it. I was initially
suspicious of the ms driver change, but there's no way the driver can
get this right _without_ the server change, so I'm for it. Merged to
master, thanks:
