[PATCH v2 xserver 00/11] modesetting: MS_ALL_IN_ONE

It's still maintained inside amdgpu-pro driver stack but only
on top of 1.19 xserver code base. Since the v2, we switched to
use xorg.conf option instead of MS_ALL_IN_ONE environment
variable and some code logic improvement and bug fix.

Part of the new patches are at:
https://github.com/yuq/xserver/commits/all-in-one

But since then, mesa introduced render only lib for cases like
imx6+etnaviv which I think in fact pack some display manager
work into mesa. So this solution is only valuable for amdgpu-pro
like use case now which has a proprietary OGL driver and want
to run on a hybrid GPU (Intel+AMD) platform. So I stopped the
upstream work.

Regards,
Qiang

Is this series still relevant? If so, have you rebased this atop
current git master? I attempted it but the conflicts weren't
immediately obvious to me.
