XI2 events' subpixel precision may come slightly out of window positions

Hello there, I would like to kindly draw attention to the bug 92681,
which limits the usability of certain desktops (MATE, upcoming version
of Xfce).

Recently, a patch which fixes the issue has emerged, but it probably
needs some reviewing.
