can you try with latesst ati git tree please?

for the Fedora reported the F9 packages are at 
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/xorg-x11-drv-ati/6.8.0/13.fc9/

It should at least fix the mouse in screen 1, but may fix other bits.

please attach the xorg.conf also you are using.
