As this is a mac card you need a custom connector table since mac
cards do not provide one in the bios.  What connectors does the card
have on it?  If you have more than one connector, does using the other
connector work?  Also try:
Option "ReverseDDC" "true"
Finally, is this a Apple branded card or a 3rd party card?  Did it
come with your mac or did you add it on?
