Upon powering up from clean shutdown, Trash Bin icon visually glitched upon
startup in Ubuntu 10.04 (please see attached screenshot.png).

sudo lshw | grep Radeon
                product: RS780MC [Radeon HD 3100 Graphics]

Exact same visual glitch happened after resuming from clean hibernate.
GNOME/pm-utils dev's believe this problem is a result of driver issue when
resuming from hibernate:
