Summary: error setting MTRR (base = 0xe0000000, size =
0x10000000, type = 1) Inappropriate ioctl for device
                    (25)
           Product: xorg
           Version: 7.5
          Platform: x86 (IA32)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: medium
         Component: Driver/Radeon
        AssignedTo: xorg-driver-ati at lists.x.org
        ReportedBy: dasfox at gmail.com
         QAContact: xorg-team at lists.x.org

I'm running Slackware 13.1 x86 which actually Xorg is somewhere between 7.5 and
7.6.

My video chip on a laptop I'm running is a ATI HD3200

On Slackware 13.1 these are the versions of the ATI and Radeon drivers I'm
using:

xf86-video-ati-6.13.0
xf86-video-radeonhd-1.3.0

On Slackware I only use OpenBox and when I log out of OpenBox into the console
I get this message:

error setting MTRR (base = 0xe0000000, size = 0x10000000, type = 1)
Inappropriate ioctl for device (25)

If I use the ati proprietary driver I do not see this message, I only get this
message running the X drivers, this has led me to believe this is a bug
relating to the X drivers for my HD3200 so I'm filing a bug report.

Thank you.
