@Comment 32: Using "drm/radeon/kms/cayman/blit: specify CP_COHER_CNTL2 with
surface_sync" instead of "drm/radeon/kms/cayman: use
WAIT_REG_MEM for surface_sync in blit code" causes the corruptions to return.
Lower half of the icons are missing, desktop background image is corrupted.

"drm/radeon/kms/cayman: use WAIT_REG_MEM for surface_sync in blit code" caused
freezes like those described by Nicos Gollan.

I am now trying Jerome Glisse's "Force full flush" workaround, and after a
quick test: No corruptions of icons or background so far, even naev works
without issues. Performance seems ok too.
