where to get fs_register_fpe_functions() from ?

Well, doesn't exactly answer the question - I need to know where
its actually implemented, so I can link the server against this.

But tip was good: libXfont contains them. Now two questions 
remaining:

a) why it wasn't linked in
b) why doesn't my libXfont.so export the check_fs_register_fpe_functions ?
