[Xorg] Problem building fontconfig on AIX.

Fontconfig is imported into the X.org tree and has to be manuall converted 
from autotools to imake each time.  I suspect this conversion is broken on 
AIX.  Would you give the original fontconfig package a spin and use
#define HasFontconfig YES in your host.def?

It may be that we can simply require fontconfig to be pre-installed on AIX 
systems (not ideal, but it would be nice to know what our options are).
