[Xorg] IP addresses in font path

I'm trying to use a font server by way of its IP address, and the X server
seems to interpret it as an host name.

This is a part of my /etc/X11/xorg.conf:

	Section "Files"
		FontPath	"tcp/192.168.2.101"
	EndSection

I get the following error messages on the console (recopied by hand, may
not be accurate):

_FontTransOpen: Unable to parse address tcp/192.168.2.101
Could not init font path element, removing from list!

Is this a normal behaviour ?

And fwiw, the reason I want to use an IP address directly is that the dhcp
option "font-servers" is a list of IP addresses, not host names...
