[Xorg] marking a bug a "release blocker"

I just saw this comment added to a bug in bugzilla:

Someone with enough privilages should marked this bug as a release blocker, so
it will be fixed in upcoming 6.8.0.

Just to be clear (not trying to pick on anyone here) - all it takes to mark
a bug as a release blocker is to sign up for a bugzilla account - if you can
add a comment, you can also fill in 351 in the field "This bug blocks" and it
will be on the list as a release blocker - don't be shy, this really just means
you're asking us to look at it before the release and determine if it
can/should be fixed for this release. Try not to do so many bugs that it
overloads the people working on the release, but if you think the bug is
important, fill it in - the worst that happens is someone takes a few minutes
to read it, posts a comment about why it's not a blocker, and removes it from
the list.
