(resend?) "hello.c" needed

Oh ya, I'm currently working with Red Hat E3 WS.  I hear that changes are 
being made in X11 (replacing XFree86 with X Window System Version 11 Release 
6.8.1).with the release of E4.

If anyone could send me a 'hello.c' program with instructions how to compile 
and run it?!  I'd appreciate it.  I won't be able to sleep until I get at 
least a "bouncing ball" problem or something working.
