[Xorg] Wiki page for XInput hotplug work

Hi,

I've set up a wiki page for the XInput hotplug work:

	http://freedesktop.org/XOrg/XInputHotplug

For now it's just a summary of the discussion so far.  Several people 
have expressed that the XInput specification and implementation is 
lacking or incomplete in places.  If people could add details to the 
wiki page or just follow up to this mail, that would be cool.  I would 
like to collect a list of XInput issues, so we can discuss what needs to 
added/fixed besides the hotplug stuff.
