I had no problems with XFree86 4.3 under FC1 (or any previous version)
but this problem showed up with Xorg under FC2. I have seen similar
reports against XFree86 4.4 on the XFree86 mailing list. Looks like
something happened between XFree86 4.3 and 4.4, which is also around the
time the Xorg code was forked off.
