[Xorg] Triple outputs 1 AGP dual Head 1 PCI dual head

The

    Screen 2

in the Device Section for the 7000 might be the cause. Try 0 or 1 or
leaving it out altogether instead. If that doesn't help, please provide
the relevant parts of the server log.
