Yep, cvsup is set up.  Here's my fd-supfile:

*default host=pdx.freedesktop.org
*default base=/usr/local/etc/cvsup/fdsup
*default prefix=/home/ncvs/freedesktop
*default release=cvs
*default delete use-rel-suffix
*default compress

xlibs
xserver
xapps
mesa
xorg
