[Xorg] Successfully compiled Kdrive, but...

Hi everyone. Some readers might know my troubles compiling Kdrive
with ebuild that Gentoo provides ( and I am not alone). My mouse wasn't
working. Painstakingly searching the web and asking questions on this
mailing list didn't glean any hints except finding out that one person
successfully compiled Kdrive defining host.def file against sources
after failing to compile with Gentoo ebuild ( shame on you Gentoo
developers). I have followed his way and vaola, my Xvesa and Xfbdev are
working. I've build it defining #ProjectRoot /usr/X11R6 while my working
directory was /home/kdrive/xc asuming that all files needed will be
installed in this directory. However I didn't find there any. Then,
I have just copied and tested both servers and as I said they work as
standalone. My qestion is this. While they can work on their own, isn't
it correct that I need shared libraries in /usr/X11R6, includes etc. in
there in order to compile other X apps like mozilla for instance?
Probably I had to " make install " after " make World"? What files(
or directory do I have to copy in my /usr/X11R6 ? Thanks in advance.

Asterius.
