[Xorg] DRI merge - SiS DDX driver

The merge of the DRI as of 20040613 resurrected some files in the SiS 
(DDX) driver directory which have been rightfully dead for a long time:

sis530_accel.*
sis_bios.*

Please delete them again.

BTW: What's xf86drmSiS.h doing there? Isn't that supposed to be 
somewhere else?
