Thanks!  He'll have to add his card id to the appropriate functions so
dualhead will be enabled.  I'd also like to make sure I didn't break
non-laptop cards since I don't have one to test with.  It should be
ok, but a little testing wouldn't hurt.  Anyone out there with a
desktop r128 chip wanna test?

Hui, I don't suppose you know off hand which r128 cards have two
display controllers? Right now I've only enabled it for M3/M4.

I'll track it down eventually.  Just gotta trace through and find out
exactly what gets done differently on server start up ot VT switch
compared to switchmode().
