libXau shared?

It's not only the Debian policy that says that. X.Org should not impose 
these kind of policy.
The issues with providing the shared lib should be investigated and fixed.
There no short term release pushing to hurry to provide this shared lib 
I don't understand why Egbert commited his change to libXau while the 
discussion is still going on.
