Weird: xmms interrupted for 1/2 sec when switching off DFP monitor

When I experimented with disabling the streams engine DPMS did work. Let
me know if (when) you change the streams engine to be disabled by
default and I will try again. Of course you may still want to fix DPMS
with the streams engine enabled. ;-)
