Hi Kevin,

There is a trivial patch which adds si_LK locale (not XLC
files, just a couple of obvious entries to locale.dir,
compose.dir and locale.alias).  It is simple and doesn't
break anything.

Will it be possible to get it into 6.8, so that we can
drastically increase the number of users of our Sinhala
GNU/Linux project (http://sinhala.linux.lk).

The patch is already in Bugzilla.
