r128 dualhead

I've written a patch for dualhead support for mobile r128 chipsets,
however, I can't seem to set the PLL2 registers.  It just waits
endlessly for the PLL2 updates to complete.  If anyone want to take a
look at my code it's available here:

I don't have a lot of time to mess more with it right now, but I'm
hoping a few more eyes may see something I missed.  Until these issues
are sorted out dualhead does not work.  Any ideas are much
appreciated.
