ANNOUNCE: xkeyboard-config 0.4

Hi all

The latest-and-greatest X keyboard configuration repository has arrived
with its new version 0.4. This new version contains a lot of fixes and
improvements.

The highlights include:

- New Urdu layout
- Improved EURO symbol handling
- Improved indicators handling
- Reorganized level3 processing

and other stuff.

As usual, the tarball can be taken from freedesktop.org server:
