Is it possible to "subscribe" to all bugs in a certain component without
being the owner? I'd like to get mails concerning the s3savage
component, but I don't feel responsible enough to call myself the owner.
I'm hesitant to subscribe to xorg-bugzilla-noise. How heavy traffic is
it?
