New wireless intellimouse explorer 2

Greetings;

In my quest for a better mouse in terms of my carpel tunnel syndrome,  
I bought one of these tonight, and other than having to accellerate 
it by 2x, it was an unplug one kensington wireless and plug in the M$ 
mouse operation.

Does anyone have a mouse entry worked out that makes all the extra 
buttons and the tilting scroll wheel on the above mouse do something 
usefull?
